4.1. Payment by credit card

5. Order delivery and processing
5.1. Order processing
Orders are processed and handed over to the carrier within 48h during the opening hours of the shop.
The shop is open form Tuesday to Saturday, from 10am to 7pm.
The products are delivered to the delivery address mentioned during the ordering process in the destinations referred to in Article 3 above. In the event of an error in the wording of the contact details, HUTTOPIA STORES cannot be held responsible for the impossibility of delivery. In this case, the costs incurred for a new delivery will be borne by the Buyer and invoiced at their actual cost.
HUTTOPIA STORES undertakes to make every effort to ensure the delivery of the items ordered as soon as possible according to the delivery method chosen and the availability of the items. The delivery times indicated on the Site are usual average times and correspond to the total processing and delivery time. When you order several products at the same time and the shipping times are different, the actual shipping time may be the longest, the entire order being prepared when all the products that constitute it are in stock at HUTTOPIA STORES.
Delivery is deemed to have been made upon delivery of the product to the Buyer. The delivery slip given by the carrier, dated and signed by the Buyer upon delivery of the order will constitute proof of transport and delivery.
5.3. Checking the condition of the package upon delivery
HUTTOPIA STORES recommends that the Buyer checks upon delivery and in the presence of the carrier the content, compliance and condition of the package(s). After this period, the product will be deemed to have been received in conformity by the Buyer, who will no longer be able to rely on a delivery error or an apparent defect. The verification of the delivered package is deemed to have been made and can no longer be the subject of disputes, once the Buyer or any person authorized to receive the package has signed the delivery slip. 5.4. Late delivery
If a delay in delivery occurs, or packages are misplaced by carriers, the Buyer must notify HUTTOPIA STORES by email or telephone within ten (10) days of receipt of the order confirmation by email. We will accompany you in the steps with the carriers.
5.5. Delivery in case of absence
In the event of the recipient's absence at the time of delivery, the carrier will leave a transit advice note at the delivery address indicated by the Buyer. The order must be withdrawn in the manner indicated by the carrier. In the event of non-collection within the deadlines set by the carrier, the order will be returned to HUTTOPIA STORES, which reserves the right to refund the price, with the shipping costs remaining the responsibility of the Buyer.
6. Pick up in store
Products ordered on the Site can be collected from the HUTTOPIA STORES store in Lyon. This withdrawal method can be chosen via the order process delivery method page. An email will be sent to the Buyer when the package is ready for collection. This time may vary depending on the availability of the products. To collect your product, you will need to present your order confirmation email and proof of identity.

7. Right to retract
7.1. Conditions for exercising the right of withdrawal
The Right of Withdrawal is considered to have been applied correctly in the event that the following conditions are fully respected:

Please note that the products delivered must not have been used to an extent that exceeds what is necessary to judge their nature, their characteristics and their proper functioning. If you have tested them, we ask that you clean up all traces of their use. Otherwise, we will be forced to charge you a lump sum of 25 euros.
Technological products such as cameras, GPS, watches, walkie-talkies can be manipulated by the consumer, but he will assume his responsibility in the event of depreciation of the products resulting from manipulations other than those necessary to establish the nature, characteristics and proper functioning. of the purchased product. The return of this type of product that has been unsealed will be subject to a thorough inspection. A flat rate of 25 euros will be invoiced to the Buyer for the reconditioning and resetting of the product.
If you use the original packaging as the box for shipping your return, we will be forced to charge you a lump sum of 25 euros.
No returns will be accepted if the returned products have been visibly used or damaged by the Purchaser and this use or damage renders the products unsuitable for further marketing.
The following items will not be taken back or exchanged:
- Products personalized or made according to the specifications requested by the Buyer.
- Perishable and/or unsealed products such as food products, sunscreen products and cleaning products, for reasons of hygiene and health protection.
In the case of a return of a pack, the customer must return the entire pack. It is not possible to return only part of the pack.
8.1. Return procedure
The Buyer must contact Customer Service by telephone or email (indicated in the Preamble). If the return request meets all the eligibility conditions (see 7-1 Conditions for exercising the right of withdrawal), the Buyer will receive a prepaid return label.
People who have received the prepaid transport label can drop off their package at a post office or a collection point. The return is made under your entire responsibility and any risk related to the return of the goods (damage, theft, breakage) will be your responsibility.
HUTTOPIA STORES cannot be held responsible for customs fees that you will have to pay when returning and reshipping your package. Return of freight collect will not be accepted. To receipt of your return package, we check the conformity of your return. No returns will be accepted if the returned products have been visibly used or damaged by the Buyer and such use or damage renders the products unfit for sale. If your return cannot be accepted, we will contact you to return the products at your expense.
8.2. Return processing
Subject to acceptance of the return, HUTTOPIA STORES will reimburse the Buyer from the date of receipt of the goods.
The refund will be made to the billing address recorded when the Buyer placed the order and via the payment method used for payment of the order.
HUTTOPIA STORES is not required to reimburse additional costs related to express delivery. HUTTOPIA STORES will reimburse the shipping costs incurred by the customer for the return of his order; if the order is returned in its entirety on the basis of the price of the cheapest Colissimo Standard shipping.

9. After-sales service and legal warranty
9.1. Contractual guarantee
The Buyer benefits free of charge from the guarantee given by the various manufacturers of each of the products. HUTTOPIA STORES cannot be held responsible for the misuse and/or intensive use of the items that the customer may make of them. Please find below the procedure for possible support under the contractual warranty by our after-sales service:
- We ask you to send a photo even if the defect is not apparent and a precise description of the problem via e-mail sent to the address firstname.lastname@example.org. Please let us know your order number.
- You will send us the clean product accompanied by the return document and a copy of the purchase invoice.
- Upon receipt of your package, we will forward all of this to the manufacturer.

9.2. Legal warranties
