The reflector directs the light from the Petromax lamp downwards. This gives you several advantages: for example, when you position your lamp at a height thanks to the Petromax lamp attachment, the light from above does not get lost. Thus the lamp effectively illuminates a large area. If you look at your lamp from above, the reflector will protect you against glare. The Petromax reflector is therefore not only an extremely practical accessory, it also gives your pressure lamp its special character.
